12KV Series Prefabricated Substation with 3 Phase Transformers

1. 12KV Series Prefabricated Substation with 3 Phase Transformers Product Introduction 

ZBW1 series combined substation is widely used in out-door power supply fields such as high buildings, residential zone, factory and mining, hotel, park, oil field, airport, wharf, railway, shopping store, and other temporary facilities, etc. This product can be used not only in a closing-net for power distribution, but also in transformation power net for terminal power supply. The product firstly passes the appraisal from Mechanical-electrical Department and Energy Department in our country in 1991, the performance reach to the national advanced level.

Note: The parameters are taken from HXGN26-12 High Voltage Switchgear, TANW1 Series Intelligent Circuit Breaker and S9-M Oil Type Transformer which are produced by our company.

3. 12KV Series Prefabricated Substation with 3 Phase Transformers Installation,Operation and Maintenance 

• After users receiving the product, they should place it in appropriate site according to stipulated service condition if the product is not installed for the moment.
• Installation

• The steel wire rope should hook product base and be put on supporting plate on top cover for lifting, so avoid damaging substation; Using lifting equipment to lift it on prepared foundation and sealed with cement between product base and foundation after placing it in place, the lifting method please refer to drawing 1; If there is a mark for lifting on the top cover of substation, the substation can be lifted directly and the lifting angle α must less than 75°, the lifting method please refer to drawing 2.
• Connect incoming,outgoing power supply and power network in order.

• Use

• Inspect the substation as followings after installation or maintenance and before be put into operation.
  1. Check if paint film is in good condition and inner of set device is clean.
  2. Check if operation mechanism is flexible.
  3. ON and OFF of main electric are reliable and correct or not.
  4. If the ratio and wiring polarity of instrument and transformer are correct.
  5. ON and OFF of auxiliary joint of electric are reliable and correct or not.
  6. Check if all of fasten parts for installation of electric are tightened and installation of electric are firm and reliable.
  7. Connections of all bus bars are in good condition or not.
  8. If the setting value of electric according to requirement and fuse is correct.
  9. Check if the actions of meter and relay are correct.
  10. Check if the electric joint of main circuit and auxiliary circuit according to requirements in electric principle diagram.
  11. If the temperature indication controller for controlling temperature in transformer room has been adjusted to allowable temperature. The allowable temperature is 40℃.
• Close all openable doors.
• Inspect operation condition of indicating meters after closing 10kV power supply, if normal they can be put into operation soon.

• Maintenance

• All components of substation shall be maintained according to their own requirements.
• If it adopts oil type transformer, it shall be taken once sample analysis at least each year during put into operation. The transformer can be lifted out from top of substation when it has need, maybe it can be pushed out from side door directly if it equipped with guide rail.
• After load switch equipment in high voltage side taking breaking according to stipulated time during operation, inspect contact condition of contact and consume of arc extinguishing device, overhauled or exchanged in time when they are in abnormal.
• After low voltage switch equipment tripping automatically, inspect and analyze fault cause, when the fault is eliminated, the equipment can re-closing and put into operation.
• Take once prevention performance test before lightning storm season each year for lightning arrester.
