DBW1-12 Buried Type Substation is the newly researched and developed. It fills the blank of China, and be suitable for new pattern box-type substation of city network transformation and construction.DBW1-12 Buried Type Substation is the independent complete transformation and distribution device of AC 6~10kV network with 50Hz of rated frequency and 0~500kVA of rated capacity.DBW1-12 Buried Type Substation is the traditional box transformer, semi buried box transformer completely buried under the ground, the ground does not affect the use.

3. Product Feature of DBW1-12 Buried Type Substation

The products have small area, low over ground height, no noise, high power distribution reliability, and it is fitted with distribution network automation terminal equipment FTU and automatic drainage and exhaust equipment.
All sealed environmental protection material has the characteristics of anti-corrosion, anti-seepage and anti printing water, and strong anti extrusion ability; the box body can withstand more than 30 years of underground immersion and soil extrusion from the bottom to the wall (body), without any corrosion; it is fully insulated and waterproof system, and the overall protection level reaches ipx68. It can be immersed in water for normal operation. Each sealing point, such as equipment access, maintenance personnel access, cable access, circulation vent, etc., can withstand the seepage pressure of groundwater, without any water stains inside, and keep the interior of the wall dry without moisture (condensation). Fully shielded structure, no magnetic field radiation. The transformer, high and low voltage cabinet and other equipment are placed in the whole buried box and buried underground to ensure no noise interference on the ground.
