HXGN26-12(F) Box Type AC Metal-clad RMU
This product features small bulk, lightweight, easy operation, safety operation, easy maintenance, etc. It is a newly type of high voltage switchgear suitable for municipal power net improvement and reconstruction.
Service condition for HXGN26-12(F) Box Type AC Metal-clad RMU
a. Altitude≤1000m
b. Ambient air temperature: Maximum +40ºC Minimum -35ºC
c. Relative humidity: Diary average value shall be not more than 95%; monthly average value shall be
not more than 90%.
d. Ambient air should be with no corrosion, no apparent pollution with combustible gas and etc.
e. No normal intensive vibration
Structure of HXGN26-12(F) Box Type AC Metal-clad RMU:
6.1 RMU is composed of enclosure, load switch, earthing switch, instrument room, busbar, other electric elements and auxiliary elements, load switch is layed on the middle and upper level of the enclosure, the enclosure is composed of bended aluminum zinc alloy coated steel sheet.
6.2 SF6 gas pressure meter is equipped in the face of RMU, so that it can surveil the change of gas pressure in the load switch. Service SF6 rated gas pressure of the product is 0.04MPa (surface Pressure).
6.3 Three phase of RMU is layed in lengthways, three phase busbar connection between the cubicles is very convenient.
6.4 Instrument room is lay in the upper side of RMU, the room can equipped with current meter, pressure meter, switch, indicator light and other elements etc. Secondary circuit terminal also can be equipped in the bottom of the instrument room.
6.5 Cubicles are equipped with lighting device, and lighting switch is installed in the instrument room.
