The HV components are sealed to each separate SF6 Gas sealing chamber, the rated gas fling pressure is 0.03Mpa, the miniature operating pressure is 0.01Mpa, the enclosure of chamber uses 3mm stainless steel to weld to each separate sealing gas chamber, The inner surface of the gas tank is welded with reinforcing bars to ensure that the deformation of the air box at high altitude is within the allowable range. Static seal using EPDM "O" ring, dynamic seal using bellows and magnetic fluid, through the above measures to ensure the very low leakage rate of the gas tank. Annual leakage rate of gas is less than 0.1%, gas tightness can be maintained for 40 years without gas supplement. The whole life cycle is 40 years, the product is maintenance-free, but has maintainable performance.

Install pressure release device in the CB chamber and busbar chamber, when rare intemal arc fault occurs in the gas chamber, the orrresponding pressure release device will work to release overpressure and protect personal safety.

HV live parts are insulated by insulating gas and enclosed in the gas chamber, which can permanenty and effectively prevent pollution, moisture, foreign matter and other harmful effects. Each cabinet is an independent unit, and the connection of its busbar is completed by plug-in busbar connection device.
